Stew Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 cans drained mushrooms
    1 pkg. mushroom gravy mix
    1 c. water
    2 lb. stew meat
Preparation
    Brown stew meat.
    Combine all other ingredients.
    Cook, covered, in oven for 3 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve with noodles with butter and garlic added to noodles first.
