Grandma Cotter'S Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage (bulk)
    2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    6 slices white bread
    10 eggs
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Whip eggs and add milk, mustard, cheese and salt.
    Break bread into small pieces and add to egg mixture.
    Fold in sausage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole or pan.
