Blue Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. Blue cheese
    1 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. vinegar
    salt, pepper and cayenne
Preparation
    While mixing cheeses and seasonings, add vinegar and buttermilk; blend well.
    Slowly pour in oil; chill and serve.
