Wonderful Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 c. oil
4 c. grated raw carrots
3/4 c. raisins or nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until foamy.
Slowly beat in oil.
Add dry ingredients slowly, beating until smooth.
Mix in carrots and raisins.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round baking pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool before removing from pans.
Frost with coconut cream or cream cheese frosting.
