Ingredients

graham cracker crust (make to chill)
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 beaten eggs
8 to 10 drops peppermint flavoring
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and melted chocolate to eggs. Beat mixture with rotary beater. Add peppermint and pour into crust.
Chill for 1 hour. Top with whipped cream.
