Miniature Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

24 cupcake liners
24 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pie filling
Preparation

Line muffin pans with liners, then fill with vanilla wafers. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Fill liners 3/4 full of mixture. Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is set. Serves 24.
