Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh or frozen zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar, Mozzarella or Muenster cheese
    1 c. dry biscuit mix
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, pepper, oregano and sweet basil
    dash of garlic powder
    4 large eggs
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix by hand or electric mixer on medium speed all ingredients except zucchini.
    Fold in zucchini.
    Turn into buttered 10-inch deep dish pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Serves 8.
