Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked pinto beans
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks melted butter
    1 small can coconut
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 unbaked pie shells (not deep dish shells)
Preparation
    Mash beans well. Use the juice.
    Beat eggs.
    Add all the ingredients; mix well.
    Pour in unbaked pie shells (thin shells). Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Tastes like a pecan-coconut pie.
