Easy Microwave Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes (white Idaho baking)
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    4 thin ham slices
    1 oz. pepperoni slices
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 green pepper
    2 Tbsp. bacon bits
Preparation
    Scrub and dry potatoes.
    Pierce each potato with a fork 3 or 4 times.
    Arrange potatoes in a circle on a microwave-safe plate. Cook in microwave oven on High power for 12 minutes, rotating every 4 minutes.
