Great Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    15 oz. potato, diced
    2 pkg. WW chicken broth
    1/3 c. dry instant potato flakes
    8 oz. WW cream cheese spread
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
Preparation
    In large pot, cover vegetables and potatoes with water and chicken broth.
    Simmer until tender and stir in potato flakes and cream cheese.
    Then add evaporated milk.
    Heat and stir until cheese melts, but don't boil.
    Makes 4 servings.
    One serving = 1 pro, 1 bread, 1/2 milk, 1/2 vegetable and 5 optional.
