Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 stick Ritz crackers
2 sticks butter
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
Place drained pineapple in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix sugar, flour and cheese with the reserved pineapple juice.
Layer on top of pineapple.
Melt butter and mix with crushed cracker crumbs.
Layer mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
