Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
jelly
powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix first 3 ingredients.
Pour into 11 x 14-inch pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle towel with powdered sugar.
Turn cake out on towel, spread with jelly, then roll up in towel.
