Crunchy Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. sliced red onion
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    4 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
    lettuce
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, celery, red onion, vinegar and parsley; stir well.
    Add cucumbers, stir to mix. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 4 hours.
    Spoon into lettuce-lined serving bowl.
    Makes about 4 cups, 8 servings.
