Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn (or white whole kernel sweet corn)
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. crushed saltine crackers
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix together cream cheese and boiling water.
    Drain corn and add cheese mixture to corn in a casserole dish.
    Mix crackers with melted butter or margarine; sprinkle on top of corn mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
