1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1/4 cup ice water
1/2 cup powdered non dairy \"cream\"
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup butter
6 cups sliced pared apples, cut 1/2 inch thick
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine 1 1/4 cup flour and 1 tsp salt in bowl.
Cut in shortening until crumbly.
Add cheese.
Sprinkle water on top. Shape into ball.
Press into greased 12 inch pizza pan.
