Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes (baking)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 lb. butter
    dash of garlic salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped scallions (optional)
Preparation
    Boil and cube potatoes.
    Mash and mix ingredients.
    Add Cheddar cheese after other ingredients are mixed.
    Place mixture in buttered (or Pam) 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool for 10 minutes.
    Can be cut and served in squares.
