Lyonnaise Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. water
    4 large potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dilute beef bouillon cubes in water.
    Slightly saute onions in butter.
    Add beef bouillon.
    Cut potatoes about the size of hashed browns and add to broth, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover.
    Cook about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serves about 4.
