Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. chopped chives
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water until done.
    Beat potatoes, sour cream, margarine and salt; mix well.
    Add 1/3 cup chopped chives.
    Spoon into 2-quart casserole (buttered).
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
    Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
