Sicilian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of garlic powder
    2 lb. ground beef
    8 thin slices ham, shredded
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef with eggs, crumbs, juice, parsley and spices. On wax paper, shape meat mixture into rectangle.
    Arrange thin slices of ham on meat; sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella. Carefully roll up; seal seams.
    Put in 13 x 9-inch baking pan, seam side down.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add Mozzarella on top to melt a few minutes.
    Good company dish.
