Diet Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. ground beef
    4 small carrots, sliced
    1/4 head cabbage, shredded
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Cook beef in heavy skillet and drain off all fat.
    Combine beef and other ingredients and bake in oven until carrots and cabbage are tender, about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    This recipe serves 1 for dinner.
    Use any spices or herbs that you wish, such as bay leaves, garlic powder, etc.
