Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. mashed bananas
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and nuts.
Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in another mixing bowl.
Add this to the dry ingredients.
Stir until moistened.
Spoon into oiled and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
Cool; remove from pan.
Bread freezes well.
