Mexican Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
1/2 c. oleo, melted
4 c. peeled, chopped apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
10 flour tortillas
Preparation

Heat sugar and water in a saucepan until sugar is melted. Pour oleo into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Toss apples in the cinnamon to coat.
Place 1/2 cup apples down center of each tortilla.
Roll and place seam side down in pan.
Pour sugar water over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
