Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chives
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Pierce skins of potatoes with a fork.
    Cook potatoes, 2 at a time, in microwave for 4 minutes.
    Turn potatoes and cook for an additional 4 minutes or until tender.
    When all potatoes are done, slice top from each potato and scoop insides into a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Beat until smooth. Spoon mixture back into potato shells.
    Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Return to microwave for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated.
