Cheese Gems - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks well.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into this mixture.
    Bake in small muffin pans that have been buttered and lightly coated with graham cracker crumbs for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    They will fall when removed from oven, creating a slight depression in center to fill with frosting given below.
    Cool in pans then gently remove before frosting.
