Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped popcorn
    2 sticks oleo
    1/2 c. white syrup
    2 c. brown sugar
    pinch of cream of tartar
    1 scant tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil oleo, syrup, sugar and cream of tartar 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add soda and pour over popcorn (in a big roaster). Bake in 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour; stir every 10 minutes.
