Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except coconut, in electric blender container.
    Process for 10 seconds.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour into a buttered 9-inch deep dish pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until set (pie will puff, then fall slightly).
    Cool and chill thoroughly.
