Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Cheddar
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips.
Place in a 2-quart casserole. Top with cheese and chips and bake 15 minutes. Makes about 8 servings.
