Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
    1 can corn
    1 pkg. yellow cornbread mix
Preparation
    Mix together (may add small amount of milk, if needed).
    Pour in hot skillet with bacon drippings.
    Cook a little longer than regular cornbread.
    Cook until done at 350\u00b0.
