Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/3 c. chopped stuffed olives
2 1/2 oz. dried beef, finely snipped
Preparation

Blend together cream cheese (softened), grated Parmesan cheese and horseradish.
Stir in chopped olives.
On waxed paper shape mixture into two 6-inch rolls, 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Wrap and chill several hours or overnight.
Roll log in finely snipped dried beef.
Serve with crisp crackers.
