Quilters' Brew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. water
    12 to 14 whole allspice
    peel from 1/2 orange, cut into small strips
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    9 small tea bags
    8 whole cloves
    2 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) can undiluted orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    Pour 9 cups water into 12-cup percolator.
    Put in basket tea bags, allspice, cloves and orange peel.
    Perk through one complete cycle.
    Remove basket and add remaining ingredients.
    Stir and heat thoroughly.
    Yields 13 cups.
