Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. water
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. vanilla
ice cream
Preparation

Place water and chocolate in small saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted.
Remove from heat; stir in sugar and salt.
Return to medium heat and cook for about 8 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly.
Move from heat and stir in margarine and vanilla.
Serve warm over ice cream.
