Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 small jar pimentos, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine and put in buttered casserole.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated cheese and 1/2 cup French fried onion rings on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
