Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 1 crust
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. shredded lemon peel
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    7 oz. crab meat, drained and flaked or 4 1/2 oz. shrimp, drained and chopped (1 can)
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. light cream
    3/4 c. milk
    dash of nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. sliced almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Line crust with double thickness aluminum foil.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Remove foil.
    Bake 5 to 7 minutes more.
