Banana Nut Bread 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten slightly
3 Tbsp. sour milk *
1 tsp. baking soda
3 large bananas, mashed with fork
2 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add sour milk and baking soda.
Add bananas.
Add flour, one cup at a time. Add nuts.
Grease loaf pans.
This may all be hand-mixed in one bowl.
Bake in one large loaf pan or two small ones at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
May be frozen.
Keeps well. Delicious sliced thin and spread with butter.
