Yeast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. very warm water
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Place yeast in warm water.
    Melt butter; cream with sugar. Add egg and yeast mixture.
    Add flour.
    Store in refrigerator overnight.
    Put in muffin tins and bake at 350\u00b0.
    Will keep several days in refrigerator.
