Potato Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes (approximately), peeled and sliced 5 mm thick
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    200 to 250 g grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    200 to 250 ml cream
    ground black pepper
Preparation
    In casserole dish (at least 3 to 4 inches deep) place a layer of sliced potato.
    Sprinkle with thin layer of chopped onion, then sprinkle with thin layer of grated cheese.
    Grind pepper over cheese and pour over a little of the cream.
    Repeat with another layer of potato, then onion, cheese, pepper, cream, etc.
    Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with cheese and cream layer.
