Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. warm water
    1/2 c. honey OR *1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. liquid lecithin
    2 Tbsp. salt
    5+ c. wheat flour
    1/2 c. gluten flour
    1 Tbsp. Fernipan yeast OR 2 Tbsp. regular yeast
    *If you're using sugar, add 1/2 c. tepid water
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients at low speed. Increase speed to medium when all combined, then increase the speed by half and beat 5 minutes, adding flour as/if necessary to achieve the consistency you want.
    Cover the bowl with plastic and a towel and let rest for 20-30 minutes.
    Punch down the dough. Form into 4 loaves.
    Cover the loaves with plastic and a towel and let rise.
