Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggplants
1 (30 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. parsley
Preparation

Peel and wash.
Cut eggplant into slices.
Dip in flour on both sides.
Fry in oil.
Drain.
Place a row in bottom of oblong pan, then cover with spaghetti sauce, then sprinkle with both cheeses. Do another layer.
Top off with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
