Mom'S Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew beef
3 carrots, cubed
4 ribs celery, cubed
3 large potatoes, cubed
1/2 head cabbage
2 large cans tomato juice
salt
pepper
2 c. strong beef bouillon
1 can whole kernel corn
Preparation

In a large kettle place onion with butter and stew meat. Brown on medium heat until done.
Add tomato juice, carrots, celery, potatoes and cabbage.
Add corn and beef bouillon.
Salt and pepper to your taste.
Simmer on medium heat for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with thick crusty bread.
