Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. (24 cookies) crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
1/4 c. melted shortening
3 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips, divided
1 tsp. flour

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine crumbs and melted shortening; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Toss 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour to coat.
Stir into cheese mixture.
