Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cucumbers, seeded or 4 small salad cucumbers (these have less seeds)
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation

Peel cucumbers; slice thin and salt them.
Put aside for 1/2 hour minimum.
Drain cucumbers.
Add vinegar; use more or less to your liking.
Add sour cream.
Mix.
