Mexican Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans corn (1 whole kernel and 1 cream-style)
    1 egg
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (save some)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    1 small chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Take from oven; sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.
