Mock Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Put ingredients in blender; cover and run on high (6) until completely smooth, about 10 seconds.
    Makes 1 cup.
    Use same as sour cream, but low calorie.
