Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. milk
    7 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 slices bread, cut into cubes, or 4 c. croutons
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Place cubed bread or croutons in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Beat eggs; add milk and mustard. (Children cannot detect the mustard flavor.)
    Pour egg mixture over the bread.
    Crumble the sausage over the egg and bread. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Put in cold oven.
    Keep covered and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (325\u00b0 for glass pan).
