Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. warm water
5 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. oil
Preparation

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water.
Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
Add to dry ingredients the buttermilk, oil and yeast mixture.
Roll out on floured surface and cut.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Use this dough for biscuits, chicken pot pies, quick cinnamon rolls, etc.
This can be stored for a week in the refrigerator.
