Salsa Casera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 canned jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. finely snipped cilantro
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. jalapeno pepper liquid
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate in glass or plastic container.
    Refrigerate no longer than 7 days.
    Makes about 2 cups sauce.
