Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1 c. flour
salt and pepper
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Season meat in flour (add salt and pepper to taste), then cut meat into pieces.
Brown onion and green pepper in oil.
Add meat and brown.
Pour tomato sauce over meat and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
