Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham crackers
2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 can frosting mix
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large box Cool Whip
Preparation

Layer graham crackers in bottom of dish.
Mix instant pudding, sugar and milk; whip for 1 minute, then add Cool Whip and mix another minute.
Pour mix on crackers, then put another layer of crackers on top.
Heat the frosting mix for 35 seconds.
Be sure to take foil off the can before you put in microwave.
Chill for 1 hour.
Keep stored in refrigerator.
