Mississippi Mud Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. coconut
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (13 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
Preparation

Beat butter until creamy. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Add coconut, sugar, flour, cocoa, vanilla and nuts. Stir well. Do not beat. Spread into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Spread marshmallow cream on top while hot, as soon as it is taken from the oven. Let cool 20 minutes, then add the frosting.
