Shrimp And Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    4 cloves garlic
    1/4 bell pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can artichoke hearts, rinsed and chopped
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2/3 c. cooked rice
    1 1/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute
    onion, garlic and bell pepper in olive oil.
    Add shrimp;
    cover and cook 15 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour in casserole and top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
